Easily the best rental car experience I've ever had. The vehicle I rented from Christchurch was reliable, comfortable, very fuel efficient and offered at a very competitive rate. Shoestring Rentals sets itself as an alternative to the huge rental car chains with an emphasis on personal service and they've really done it perfectly. Cameron is easy and quick to get in touch with, and flexible if any issues are encountered, like a later drop-off time if a last minute commitment arises 30 minutes before scheduled drop-off such as was the case for myself. Give them a go, businesses like this need to thrive.
